This is the house in Sevastopol. Its dwellers have to put up with appalling conditions, used syringes under their feet, homeless people and drug addicts living at their doors, indifference of the authorities. Nobody can or want to solve their problem.

When children are coming from school they see this: “Welcome to Hell. B***ch”.
But the real hell is in the basement.
Drug addicts are here every evening. They scream, fight, break the walls and metal pipes. When the dwellers call the police they get such an answer: “What can we do? It’s Krylov Street, 8a!” The local housing office is afraid of losing the only cleaner.
When it gets dark drug addicts come here.
Even cats are angry and skittish here.
Nearby a shopping center and a new high-rise building are being built. They are positioned to be the elite houses for the rich. Who knows how soon the words: “Welcome to Hell, B***ch” will appear there too.
