Lavrov: UN Security Council Should Prepare Global Terrorism Analysis

PARIS, September 15 (RIA Novosti) – Russia has put forward an initiative to prepare within the framework of the UN Security Council a study of terrorism worldwide, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said Monday.

“We spoke in favor of starting to prepare a substantive, profound and all-encompassing analysis via the UN Security Council,” the Russian minister told reporters. “I hope we will be heard.”
