Bloggers seleste-rusa and gon1969 had an exploratory trip to Novokuibyshevsk city of Russia, that included twelve must-visit places. One of them was the place of an abandoned thermal power plant and its big impressive cooling towers, whose construction had never been finished. They found four of them: one has its top considerably destroyed. All capacities are filled with frozen water.
It's not safe to be there, but the bloggers took the risk for these photos.
