This small city Balashikha near Moscow, and it has a unique air defense artillery museum that is mainly stationed outdoors and surrounded by regular people houses - you can see here one on the background. So people whenever they leave their apartments every day to go run their regular errands they see the missiles everywhere. And it's all just a few kilometers from Moscow.
