MOSCOW, October 13. /TASS/. The financial situation in Russia is stable, oil giant Rosneft CEO Igor Sechin said on Tuesday.
"Of course, the financial situation is stable. We have a liquidity stock, which lets us carry out our current activities," Sechin said at "Russia Calling!" forum in Moscow.
