2015/09/27

UNITED NATIONS, September 27. /TASS/. Russia’s legal concerns about the United Nations resolution on migration has been settled but African countries have a number of questions, Russia’s Permanent Representative at the United Nations Vitaly Churkin said on Sunday.

"Our legal concerns have been settled, since no novelties have been introduced. The subject of the use of force has been worded very accurately," he said. "We are satisfied but some African countries have certain concerns."

In his words, a number of remarks came from Libya. "We think that these issues may also have certain grounds," the Russian diplomat noted. "Let us wait and see how the English are going to reach agreement with these African members of the United Nations Security Council.".
