SOCHI, October 24 (RIA Novosti) - The West has been turning a blind eye to the incursion of international terrorists into Russia and Central Asia, Russian President Vladimir Putin said Friday.
“The West may not have supported but it certainly turned a blind eye to the incursion of terrorists into Russia and Central Asian countries,” Putin said at the 11th annual Valdai Discussion Club meeting.
