MOSCOW, October 22 (RIA Novosti) - Russia still cannot see European Commission’s willingness to find financing, which would enable Ukraine to purchase gas, Russian Energy minister Alexander Novak said in an interview with Rossiya-24 TV channel.
“We have suggested that out European colleagues consider the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the International Monetary Fund, other international financial organizations… there are resources, but we cannot see any willingness to work in this direction from our European colleagues, who were supposed to be searching for sources of financing for Ukraine for the past six months,” Novak said.
