MOSCOW, September 11 (RIA Novosti) – The ceasefire in Ukraine is fragile and there is mounting evidence of the Kiev government strengthening its military groups in different areas, Russian Foreign Minister Spokesman Alexander Lukashevich said Thursday.
“Everything is very fragile. There is mounting evidence of the Ukrainian authorities strengthening their military formations in various regions, there are eyewitness reports to prove it,” Lukashevich said.
