MOSCOW, June 30 (RIA Novosti) – Rossiya Segodnya International News Agency extends condolences to the family and friends of cameraman Anatoly Klyan killed late Sunday in an attack in Ukraine's Donetsk, as well as to the entire crew of Russia’s Channel-1 television station.

Two weeks ago we lost two colleagues from VGTRK media holding, now the disaster came to one more Russian channel.

Many of us knew Anatoly Klyan personally, worked with him both in Moscow and during numerous business trips, including in hot spots.

He was 68 years old, 40 years of his life he devoted to television.

Anatoly died with a camera in his hand. Even fatally wounded he kept working till the end.

We express our deep condolences to his family and friends and colleagues from Channel-1.

Earlier in the month, two other employees of VGTRK media holding - reporter Igor Kornelyuk and sound engineer Anton Voloshin - were killed in a mortar attack near the eastern Ukrainian city of Luhansk.
