Murmansk is a cold windy Russian city, the biggest city in the Arctic circle. Besides, it is the only Russian deep-water seaport. It has the base of the world’s only fleet of nuclear icebreakers. About 200 days a year the biggest industrial city of the polar region is covered with snow.
