This particular one tells a story of an atomic icebraker that could sustain people deep into the polar ices without any need in external source of heat or fuel, which was really a groundbraking technology at the time and is still pretty cool even now.

It tells the story of the Beloyarsk Atomic plant, which is said to be second power atomic plant to be built in Russia. By the way worlds first one is from Russia too (as per Wikipedia).
