We are about to visit a big shelter for 1800 people with many inclined exits. It still has rusty filter-ventilator units, remains of diesel-generators, hermetic doors, a medical room, Civil defence posters and much more. The shelter is located under the combine plant in the city of Taganrog, Russia.
