In a city as large as Moscow four million m3 of waste waters daily flow into the sewage system. It’s approximately as much as daily flows in the Moscow river opposite the Kremlin. All this water should be purified and this task is not easy. There are two main sewage treatment systems in the Russian capital: Kuryanovskiye and Lyuberetskiye waste treatment facilities.
