Tuesday, May 8th, was the Day of Remembrance in Russia, so many people headed to cemeteries, where their relatives are buried. These photos were taken at Shirokorechenskoye cemetery in Yekaterinburg. We see how people made picnics next to the graves, served food and drinks on tables and even barbecued.
The most abundant feast could be seen next to the gypsy graves. It sooner looks like a wedding!
And these are ordinary citizens who simply came to pay respect to the dead.
