Sometime ago there were motorcycles used at Soviet firefighters crews. Especially the sidecar URAL motorcycles were popular. They were placing a pump in a sidecar and here you go.
This one is now being placed in front of stadium in Kirov city as a monument.
They decided to place a rare firefighting motorcycle as a monument to commemorate 90 year anniversary of Soviet firefighters service appeared.
