This town is just 300 people live in. It could look like many other abandoned Soviet small towns in Arctic but it isn't. Instead it got rebuilt and looks pretty nice. Pretty much a model of how it all had to look like in this region. Let's take a look.

But now it all got rebuilt, received those nice container houses (mostly). Those are administrative modules.
