This is fairly unknown Soviet bomber IL-52. It has a unique "Flying wing" composition without a rare tail. It was a back up project of IL agency and never went much on public. They started to develop it in late 1940s after a need arisen in delivering atomic bombs across continents. Let's see it in detail:

In the USA same time B-52 and YB-60 were built. Soviet engineers were challenged to do something similar in matter of range and speeds.
So this "flying wing" seemed to be an interesting alternative.
