Before the New Year started a lot of photos like this appeared in social media of a huge stone balls wandering freely pushed by winds or by other causes on the streets of Saratov city. A few days after the mystery got resolved:

The balls arrived from a some structure where they were mounted badly so they got loose and ran away literary.
So later they were found on different unexpected places of the city.
