Abkhazia. Mysterious country

2016/07/14

Many countries recognize Abkhazia only partially. It is when there is a border, and the area where people live, there is the government and the police. But there are no maps on the navigator. Even the "Russian" maps.me navigator sees Abkhazia on the map of Georgia. So it turns out that the country is there, but it is not. But I can see mountains, countless cops under each bush (a bush is full of growing tangerines) and convincing me that no one can objectively see, touch, and taste  will not work.

The one who said that time in Abkhazia stopped 25 years ago, and on the non-existent territory there are still non-existent 80's, was wrong. This is not true. After the Georgian-Abkhaz war (1992—1993), the once majestic buildings of the Soviet period almost collapsed. There are trees that protrude from the empty windows.

Abkhazia is a place where there are more questions than answers.
