A nice collection of late 19th century photos of Russian Empire. Looks like a totally different world from what modern Russia looks now. At that time Russia included such places as Helsinki and whole Finland, Warsaw and Poland and much more than now. Each picture has a caption but the camptions are in French - though you can easily understand what they mean - like this on top says "Le Palais De Lamiraute" which translates into "Palace of Admiralty". Enjoy the view!
