Russian planes hit 83 IS targets in Syria over past 24 hours — Defense Ministry

MOSCOW, October 21. /TASS/. Russian planes have made 46 sorties over the past 24 hours, hit 83 targets of IS terrorists in Syria, the Russian Defense Ministry said Wednesday.

In particular, a large Jabhat al-Nusra field camp was destroyed near the town of Khan Shaykhun.

According to the ministry, the Russian forces also destroy the Jabhat Al-Nusra terrorist gtoup's bomb production plant and an explosives depot near Aleppo.

A site of gathering of terrorist leaders in Syria's Idlib was destroyed as well.
