MOSCOW, October 13. /TASS/. Russia’s Economic Development Minister Alexey Ulyukayev said Ukraine may not pay off its debt to Russia, he said at the "Russia Calling!" forum on Tuesday.
"Announcements made by Ukraine’s authorities prompt this thought," he said.
