HARBIN (China), October 12. /TASS/. Russia and China are considering the possibility of jointly constructing power units for nuclear power stations (NPPs) in third countries, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin told the 2nd Russian-Chinese EXPO in Harbin on Monday.
