MOSCOW, October 10. /TASS/. Head of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) Alexander Zakharchenko has rescheduled the date for the local elections from October 18 this year to April 20, 2016.
The order on the change of the date is available on the republic’s site on the Internet.
