MOSCOW, September 26. /TASS/. The deal on supplies of 2 billion cubic meters of gas does not guarantee that Ukraine will have the required funds to pay for additional supplies in winter, Russian state-controlled energy giant Gazprom CEO Alexey Miller said on Rossiya 1 TV channel.
