SEOUL, July 9. /TASS/ Russia’s runner Igor Maksimov won gold in the men’s 10,000 m at the Gwangju Summer Universiade in South Korea. He finished with a time of 29:15.30.
Romania’s Nicolae-Alexandru Soare came in second /29:18.71/ followed by Japan’s Keisuke Nakatani /29:19.30/.
The Russian national team is currently ranked third with 71 medals (18 gold, 24 silver, 29 bronze).
