MOSCOW, April 25./TASS/. The self-proclaimed Luhansk People’s Republic (LPR) has no information as of yet about the date of a next videoconference of the Contact Group on Ukraine, LPR’s negotiator in the Contact Group Vladislav Deinego said on Saturday.
"Maybe it will be held on April 29, but neither representatives of the LPR nor representatives of the Donetsk People’s Republic have been informed about it," the LuhanskInformTsentr news agency quoted him as saying after earlier information about a Skype conference planned for April 29.
Earlier on Saturday, a spokesperson for Ukraine’s official representative to the Contact Group, former president Leonid Kuchma, said a working meeting of the Trilateral Contact Group was held on Friday with participation of Leonid Kuchma, OSCE special envoy for Ukraine Heidi Tagliavini and Russia’s ambassador to Ukraine Mikhail Zurabov.
They discussed preparations for a next Skype conference with representatives of the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Lugansk people’s republics, she wrote on her Facebook page, Darya Olifer reported.
She said the video conference was expected to focus "the whole range of the Minsk agreements".
Priority would be put on "adherence to ceasefire, the withdrawal of heavy weaponry, monitoring and confirmation of the withdrawal by OSCE mission officers, the release of illegally detained persons," she said.
