Militants dressed as soldiers are attacking the Tunisian parliament, local journalists say. The parliament is located in Bardo Palace, which is also home to a museum.
Several tourists have been taken hostage, according to Radio Mosaique FM. They are being held in the Bardo Museum.

Lawmakers confirmed to AFP gunfire was heard. However, it is not clear whether shots were fired inside the assembly itself or already in the museum.
Radio Mosaique FM reports there were three militants who took part in the attack; they were disguised as soldiers.
