Russia’s Investigative Committee launches probe after shellings kill 3 children in Donbas

MOSCOW, March 26. /TASS/. Russia’s Investigative Committee has opened a criminal case into the artillery shellings of the territory of Ukraine’s south-east that killed and wounded three children, official spokesman Vladimir Markin said on Thursday.


The shellings occurred on the territory of the Donetsk region. The criminal case has been opened into the facts of artillery shellings that resulted in the killing of two or more persons committed with the use of banned means and weapons of warfare, the spokesman said.
