Preliminary investigation findings, based on black box data, were presented at a news conference in Taipei by Aviation Safety Council Executive Director Thomas Wang, AP reports.
Flight tracking service Flightradar 24.com has meanwhile said the black box data suggested the pilots “may have turned off wrong engine.”
