MOSCOW, October 1 (RIA Novosti) – More than 12,000 people have been listed as victims in Russia’s ongoing investigation into war crimes in eastern Ukraine, Russian Investigative Committee spokesman Vladimir Markin said Wednesday.
“More than 60,000 people were interviewed as part of investigation,” he said. “More than 12,000 of the 60,000 [people] interviewed were given the victim status.”
