MOSCOW, September 22 (RIA Novosti) – Russia and Ukraine have no problems in delimiting their common border, the Russian president’s envoy for border demarcation issues said Monday.
“There are no border problems, because treaties were signed on these issues and the border has been fully delimited. So, every side has a clear understanding of where the border between the two states goes,” Russian ambassador-at-large Igor Bratchikov said.
He said that Russia was not planning any reinforcements on its border with Ukraine.
