The MAKS air show is held once every couple of years. At all other times, its premises are not left empty. Thus, several events are held this year as well. One of them you have already read about. Besides, the guests will see a tank and aircraft-auto shows here in Zhukovsky (Moscow region) on August 16-17th. The pictures presented in this post depict the rehearsals of both shows.

The log painted green for disguise is attached on the front of the tank. It is used for self-deditching when the tracks become helpless. The steel wire ropes are attached for the same purpose.
