An Packed Abandoned Soviet Shelter

2014/04/05

“This is an unique shelter! It is packed with old Soviet defense stuff! I think so much stuff is there because the shelter is half flooded and not many risk go there barefoot, but I took my gumboots with me to enter” – writes the author of those photos that took a trip to this place recently. More inside.

“It is pretty clear we are not the first visitors here”.

“Almost before the hermetically sealed door there was an open manhole underwater. I think it is a sort of a trap. I stepped all the way into the manhole.”

“Here in the top right corner you can see that manhole”.

“The thing is fully packed with staff you might need in case of war, chemical weapon attack or other situations.”

Those orange-yellow things look like Soviet army medkit “AI-2″. Also the author says: “Tons of medkits!”.

“Here comes the boots if you decided to enter barefoot”.

“This toilet is working.”

“Lots of helmets”

This sign reads “INFECTED”. “I will confess I got this sign with me”.

“Drinking water.”

“This thing is glowing in the dark!”
