Record Breaking Fried Fish

2013/09/10

The longest dish from fish has been recently made in Magadan, Russia. Over 500 kg of red fish, a sack of flour, about seven pails of oil and 15 kg of salt! The dish was being made for four days. This record is to be listed in the Guinnes Book of World Records.

They scaled and cleaned the fish for two days.

It was decided to cook in a canteen cause even the biggest kitchen was not spacious enough.

Ten persons divided the fish into portions and fried coho. 50 kg of flour, 70 litres of oil and 10 kg of salt were spent within two days.

Canteen workers were cooking the fish in light flour coating in order it becomes crispy.
