MOSCOW, February 20 (The Moscow News) - A new poll released Wednesday said that 80 percent of Russians support the government’s move to impose a complete ban on smoking in public places, a significant increase from a November poll by a different organization that showed only between 18 and 31 percent support. The reasons for the difference were not immediately clear.
