MOSCOW, February 17 (RIA Novosti) - A Tupolev Tu-204 jet airliner with 97 passengers on board has made a successful emergency landing in Vladivostok airport in Russia’s Far East due to a technical failure, the Russian Emergencies Ministry reported Sunday.

No one was reported killed or injured. There were also seven crew on board.

“The primary hydraulic system failed on a Tu-204 flight from the city of Vladivostok to Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky,” the ministry reported on its website.

“The plane made a successful emergency landing in the airport,” it said.

In December, a Red Wings Tu-204 airliner overshot the runway at Vnukovo Airport outside Moscow and crashed into a main highway, splitting into three pieces and killing five people on board and injuring the other three.
