Congratulating Joe Biden: The Silent Men and the Silly World

2020/11/09

The world is unsure whether to recognise Joe Biden as US president-elect or not. Is it time for congratulations?

Trump intends to challenge Biden's "election"

Surprisingly, leading US media declared Democrat Joe Biden the winner of the election, but American lawyers say that the official results for the states have not been summed up, and a recount of votes is required.

Many recollected the 200 election in the US, when mass media outlets rushed to announce Al Gore the winner, although he eventually lost to Republican George W. Bush after the recount in Florida.

US President Donald Trump, judging by his tough statements, plans to stand tall and defend his position to identify as many cases of election fraud as possible in order to call Biden an illegitimate president.

As a result, the United States may face a constitutional crisis, and the winner, as in 2000, will be announced by the US Supreme Court.

Who congratulated Biden

A number of leading politicians of the world were quick to congratulate Biden: the head of the European Council Charles Michel and all leaders of EU member states, with the exception of Slovenian Prime Minister Janez Janša, who preferred to congratulate Trump on the morning of November 4. He explained his decision with personal reasons and referred to the fact that Trump's wife is Slovenian. But his follow-up tweet was more serious.

Interesting that you appear to show zero respect for the #RuleOfLaw and for each and every vote cast- many of which have not yet been legally tallied. And by the way: how is George?" Janša tweeted and out a smilie face at the end of his tweet.

German Chancellor Angela Merkel welcomed Biden's "election" as a "new and exciting chapter" in transatlantic ties, whereas Japan's new Prime Minister, Yoshihide Suga, pledged to work to bring peace, freedom and prosperity to the Indo-Pacific. Clearly, Germany is expecting a move to refuse from the pressure of sanctions on Nord Stream-2 and withdrawal of claims related to the need to fund NATO. In turn, Japan is waiting for a move, in which it would be relieved of the need to pay for the US military "umbrella."

Indian leader Narendra Modi and President of the Philippines Rodrigo Duterte congratulated Biden. Turkish President Recep Erdogan also expressed a desire to cooperate, so did Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro and Iranian Vice President Eshaq Jahangiri.

These are the leaders of the countries that are heavily dependent on the United States. They fear losing USA's support and hope that Biden would come to mitigate Trump's policies.

Netanyahu betrays Trump

Benjamin Netanyahu's congratulations look like betrayal. Biden will undoubtedly retrieve the status quo for the Arab-Israeli conflict - the recognition of the right of Palestine to Jerusalem and a state as part of the UN Security Council resolution within 1967 borders. This once again shows that Israel, without the support of the United States in any form, is nothing like a sovereign state.

President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky and President of Kazakhstan Zhomart-Kasym Tokayev were two leaders from post-Soviet space who sent their congratulations to Biden. With Ukraine, everything is clear, but Kazakhstan clearly does not want sanctions that it might get from an alliance with Russia. The elite of Kazakhstan has not been an ally of Russia for a long time already - it feeds on US grants in the form of cooperation programs for post-Soviet countries. Noteworthy, they have to be approved by security forces in the first place. Accordingly, the money, and hence the hearts of the Kazakh elite belong to the United States.

Who did not congratulate Biden

The leaders of China, Russia and Brazil have not congratulated Joseph Biden yet. Curiously, in addition to the aforementioned Slovenia, members of the Estonian government rebelled against the "outcome" of the US election: finance and interior ministers Martin and Mart Helme.

On Sunday, they appeared together on an Estonian radio show, where Martin Helme stated that there was "no question that these elections (in the United States) were falsified.'' "If this (U.S. election result) goes through, then the Constitution will no longer apply in America,'' he added.

His father, Estonia's far-right interior minister, Mart Helme, resigned Monday, after he called President-elect Joe Biden and his son Hunter "corrupt characters." The "deep state" operates by pushing forward "dirtbags, corrupt dirtbags that can be blackmailed. Joe Biden and Hunter Biden are corrupt characters," Helme senior said on the show.

Lopez Obrador did not bow to anyone

The President of Mexico surprised everyone with his intelligence, courage and self-esteem, who endured insults against Mexicans in connection with the construction of the wall on the border and the cancellation of the NAFTA agreement. Andres Manuel López Obrador said that he would wait for a court decision before congratulating the new president.

"With regard to the U.S. election, we are going to wait until all the legal matters have been resolved," López Obrador said. "I can't congratulate one candidate or the other. I want to wait until the electoral process is over."

Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko called the US election "a disgrace and a mockery of democracy." It appears that Lukashenko has made a decision to leave politics.

The Silent Men - Putin and Xi Jinping

Vladimir Putin and Xi Jinping are silent without showing any sings of courage like Obrador did. Obviously, Russia and China believe that they have nothing to choose from, not even the lesser of the two evils. Biden will work to promote liberal values, he will poke his nose into internal affairs of all states that profess other teachings.

Biden called both Putin and Xi Jinping "daredevils" and vowed to lead an international campaign to pressure, isolate and punish China and Russia as the greatest threat to the United States."

He will certainly fight the "genocide" of Muslims in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, which Trump did not allow himself.

"The United States does need to get tough with China," Biden wrote earlier this year in a "Foreign Affairs" article titled "Why America Must Lead Again: Rescuing U.S. Foreign Policy After Trump."  He put forward an idea to build a single front of allies and partners to counter China's behaviour.

As for Russia, with Biden in the office Washington is likely to resume engagement with NATO and other allies to "contain" Russia, so Moscow will definitely see more and more sanctions from the Biden administration, if it comes into reality.

The Russian president probably understands that congratulating Biden will not change anything in the Russian-American relations. If the Kremlin waits for the announcement of official results, something may change for the better.

Liberalism is over with

In fact, congressional elections are more important for the US political system than the presidential election. US Congress can block any initiative of the president, including international ones, and it does not work vice versa.

Following the results of the last elections, the Democratic Party will worsen its result compared to the 2018 elections, losing seven seats in the House of Representatives, whereas the Republicans will have a majority in the Senate.

The Republicans are likely to improve their positions in the lower house (by-elections will take place in two years), since the Democratic policy will work for the banking sector, rather than for  real economy. Therefore, those who now support the Republicans by refusing to congratulate Joe Biden are making a wise step. Liberalism is dead anyway, but conservatives will return to American presidency being stronger in four years.

Russian soldier goes on shooting spree when on guard duty, kills three

2020/11/09

Investigators have reconstructed a preliminary development of events during the shooting spree staged by 20-year-old conscript soldier Anton Makarov at Baltimore military airfield in Voronezh.

The young man was on guard duty, when 38-year-old Major Sergei Ermolaev, who was on duty in the regiment, approached him with a check at five o'clock in the morning on November 9. The major reprimanded the soldier, and the latter lost control of himself. Makarov took the ax off the fire shield, followed the major and hit him on the head. After that, he took the service pistol with cartridges from the officer and shot him. Then the soldier went to the personnel room, where he was noticed and told to return to his guard duty service. However, the soldier opened fire at the military men who were staying inside.

Then Makarov tried to roll call the military who remained at the airfield. He shouted to them: "Stand up, line up!" One of the military men tried to flee, but Makarov shot him in the back.

Anton Makarov escaped from the crime seen. Investigators found eight spent pistol shells at the airfield. Currently, the military, the National Guard, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the FSB are looking for the escaped soldier. He was later detained at a settlement near Voronezh.

His victims were identified as 38-year-old Sergei Ermolaev, corporal Sergei Kazhokin and private Ninail Aktaliev. Another private, named only as Firsov, received two bullet wounds in the shoulder and shoulder blade during the attack. He was hospitalized and is now in intensive care.

Putin unaware whom to congratulate – Trump or Biden

2020/11/09

Russian President Vladimir Putin will congratulate the US President-elect on his victory only after the election results are announced officially, official spokesman for the Russian president, Dmitry Peskov said. Putin will show respect for any choice of the American people and would be ready to work with any elected president, Peskov added.

Answering the question why the Russian president congratulated Donald Trump on his election victory without waiting for the official announcement in 2016, Peskov said that "the difference is quite obvious," as this time the sitting US president announced "certain legal procedures." Four years ago, Putin was one of the first to congratulate Trump on the day after the election.

Peskov added that regardless of the outcome of the vote, Russia hopes to establish a dialogue with the President-elect of the United States and agree on ways to normalize bilateral relations, RBC reports.

"Moreover, a significant part of these bilateral relations - stability and security - concerns not only our two nations, but in fact the peoples of the whole world," Peskov added.

It is worthy of note that in August of 2020, after the presidential election in Belarus, Putin became one of the first to congratulate Alexander Lukashenko on his victory even though the official results of the election was not announced.

The US presidential election took place on November 3, but the vote counting still continues due to the record turnout and an unprecedented number of ballots received by mail. On November 7, leading American media announced Democratic nominee Joe Biden as President-elect. According to their calculations, he received 270 electoral votes required for the election.

Biden then addressed the nation with a speech, in which he promised to become a president "not to divide but to unify" the nation.

Many world leaders congratulated the democrat on his victory:

  • British Prime Minister Boris Johnson
  • French President Emmanuel Macron
  • German Chancellor Angela Merkel
  • Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau
  • Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Israeli President Reuven Rivlin
  • Venezuelan President Nicholas Maduro
  • Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky.

Still, Donald Trump does not admit his defeat and is challenging the election results at courts. On November 9, his campaign headquarters filed a lawsuit in Arizona. In Michigan and Georgia, Trump's lawsuits were dismissed. In Pennsylvania, Trump's headquarters are suing Philadelphia electoral officials, where the counting resumed on November 7.

Mr. Biden, you may fool everyone else but you don't fool me

2020/11/08

The legal challenge starts this Monday and the courts will decide whether Biden is a President or a Cheat. Or both. Insolent, yes. Let's see his REAL record.

First off, whether or not Donald Trump leaves the White House, let us make some key points clear. His personal attributes are a question for the people of the United States of America to judge, nobody else. Before Covid, his approval rating was high, the US economy was stronger, there were more jobs created and externally, the USA was less engaged in foreign wars than during Obomber's presidency.

Despite Covid, he still got 71 million votes, so by no means was he annihilated, as some observers predicted hewould be. So if he leaves the White House, Donald Trump was a victim of Covid and political wasting: when you run an "in-your-face" Presidency for four years, people grow tired and whereas four years ago the Presidency was won on the ticket of being an outsider, in 2020 the Establishment (professional politician) candidate is the one claiming victory.

That might be my political epitaph of Donald J. Trump, who, I suspect, will not suddenly disappear into oblivion.

As a non-American it makes no sense to take sides and say which candidate I would prefer. Nobody asked my opinion and who cares anyway? But as a non-American I do have the right to say the following.

The disgusting intervention in Libya. Who was Vice-President?

If indeed Joseph Biden becomes the next POTUS, let him remember that his jurisdiction starts and finishes at the frontiers of the United States of America and not one millimeter outside. He is not our President and after his country's disgusting intervention in Libya, when he was Vice-President, in a European country he would never get anywhere near the Presidency. Mr. Biden, you may fool everyone else but you don't fool me.

Strafing the electricity grid, murdering babies in incubators

The Libya campaign is Obomber's political epitaph, but who was standing alongside him while NATO aircraft were strafing Libyan civilian targets, including the electricity grid "to break their backs" or bombing the Libyan water supply, and then bombing the factory which made the pipes so that it could not be repaired? Now, if that is not sheer and pure and unadulterated evil, it is difficult to know what is. Mr. Biden, you may fool everyone else but you don't fool me.

A war criminal

International law was broken in the Libya campaign as UNSC Resolutions 1970 and 1973 (2011) were broken with boots on the ground and military equipment deployed against civilian structures, as countries interfered in the internal affairs of a sovereign state and used and sided with, aided and abetted, terrorists to do their dirty work. As Vice President at the time, Mr. Biden takes the stand in history alongside his boss, Obomber and we may ask him why his country supported terrorists, why military equipment was deployed against the electricity grid and to deny the people, including children and babies, of the most basic human right: water. Mr. Biden, you may fool everyone else but you don't fool me.

Relegating US foreign policy to the trash heap

So while everyone else is making cooing noises at "Joe" Biden, I am looking him in the eye and declaring to all and loud and clear, "you may fool everyone else but you don't fool me". I am watching Biden like a hawk and I would wager than within a few months I shall have plenty of material to write his political epitaph with.  After all, who sided with George W. Bush on Iraq, the mistake which relegated US foreign policy to the trash heap?

Yet another monstrisity committed during the Obomber/Biden term in office was Ukraine, where a Fascist coup unleashed gangs of thugs who chanted "Death to Russians and Jews" and who perpetrated Fascist massacres against Russian-speaking Ukrainians in the south-east of the country. Cleaning ladies were strangled with telephone wires while screaming for their children and for their lives.  I repeat, Cleaning ladies were strangled with telephone wires while screaming for their children and for their lives. And again: Cleaning ladies were strangled with telephone wires while screaming for their children and for their lives. Is Joe Biden proud of that? Let us hope he hears the screams of those civilians every single night of the rest of his life before his guts rot in Hell. His Catholic religion has rules against acts of mass murder. Wanton acts of sheer-cold-blooded murder were perpetrated against innocent people and the glorious US of A under Obomber and Biden stood back and applauded. Mr. Biden, you may fool everyone else but you don't fool me.

One regret, I did not place Biden's name on it at the time. I do so now.

US Election Theft 2020?

2020/11/07

US Election Theft 2020?

If November 3 elections proved anything, it's what Buttercup explained in Gilbert & Sullivan's HMS Pinafore, saying the following:

"Things are seldom what they seem. Skim milk masquerades as cream."

"Highlows pass as patent leathers. Jackdaws strut in peacock's feathers."

"Black sheep dwell in every fold.
All that glitters is not gold."

"Storks turn out to be but logs.
Bulls are but inflated frogs."

There's more, but the message is clear.

Reported US 2020 election results so far favoring Biden over Trump are "shady."

What's presented in key battleground states appears other than the popular will.

Trump's team has good reason to challenge results, the winner very much uncertain until litigation plays out.

As in 2000, nine Supreme Court justices may have final say on who wins and loses in the contest for the nation's highest office.

Nevada is one of five swing states where Trump's team is challenging the vote count.

The others are Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Georgia.

Law Professor Jonathan Turley explained the following about Nevada, saying:

"(T)hings...happen(ing) in (Las) Vegas may not stay" there.

Do ghosts vote?

The GOP is "arguing that thousands of votes in the close presidential election were cast by workers who moved out of the state or even by deceased individuals."

"Various voters reported their deceased relatives receiving live ballots in the mail."

"Many states like Nevada are relying on notoriously outdated voter lists and applying fairly lax standards for confirming the identity of voters for mail-in ballots."

Any voting-age American who moved out-of-state to another one over 30 days pre-election is ineligible to vote in the state where they formerly claimed residence.

Trump's team claims that thousands of votes cast in Nevada were by ineligible or deceased individuals.

If the Supreme Court hears this challenge and upholds it, results in the above five swing states -and perhaps others - will be suspect.

Turley explained that "reliance on questionable voter lists (in Nevada) and the lack of authentication systems were raised months ago."

The same issue likely applies to other states, though proving it in court is another matter.

Turley noted that if the judicial process "believes that thousands of unlawful votes" were included in one or more state counts, "the only certain way to address a systemic failure would be a special election."

At the same time, he believes it's unlikely to happen in states with suspect results, especially because it could take months for the process to be planned, organized and completed.

Yet based on what's known and discussed in previous post-election articles, fraud by Dems appears to be playing what be the decisive determinant of final results.

According to the Federalist.com's John Daniel Davidson and Chris Bedford, pro-Biden electoral shenanigans are playing out in Pennsylvania's self-styled "city of brotherly love" - Philadelphia, saying:

"Judges who obtained their positions by fraud, according to an indictment, have denied the Trump campaign's ballot-watchers access, providing crucial unsupervised time (for Dem) vote counters," adding:

Monitors kept away

During the week, "GOP monitors were being kept too far away from absentee ballot-counters to observe whether ballots were being properly counted."

On Thursday, a state appellate court ordered that vote-counting observers be allowed to stand within six feet of the process.

Philadelphia authorities appealed the ruling to the state's Supreme Court.

Will nine US High Court justices have final say on this and other Election 2020 issues in Pennsylvania and other contested swing states?

A GOP lawsuit "accused (Dem) election leaders (in PA) of violating state code by authorizing local election officials to give information about rejected mail-in ballots to (Dem) operatives so they could contact those voters and offer them a new ballot."

This violates both state law and Pennsylvania's Supreme Court earlier ruling that states the following:

"(M)ail-in or absentee voters are not provided any opportunity to cure perceived defects (to their ballot) in a timely manner."

Results so far in the above five battleground states are close.

Michigan and Wisconsin were already (perhaps prematurely) called for Biden.

Pennsylvania, Georgia and Nevada remain undecided.

If the above two states hold for Biden and he's declared winner in one of the other three, he'll reach or exceed a majority 270 Electoral College votes to triumph over Trump.

If things turn out this way, he'll likely have won by foul, not fair, means - though at this time the race for the White House is undecided and fraud allegations require proof to hold up in court.

On Friday, Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito ordered Pennsylvania election officials to separate mail-in ballots received after election day November 3 - granting a request by the state's Republican party, saying the following:

"All (PA) county boards of election are hereby ordered, pending further order of the Court, to comply with the following guidance provided by the Secretary of the Commonwealth on October 28 and November 1, namely, (1) that all ballots received by mail after 8:00 p.m. on November 3 be segregated and kept 'in a secure, safe, and sealed container separate from other voted ballots,' and (2) that all such ballots, if counted, shall be counted separately," adding:

"Until today, this Court was not informed that the guidance issued on October 28, which had an important beating on the question where to order special treatment of the ballots in question, had been modified. The application received today also informs the Court that neither the applicant not the Secretary has been able to verify that all bards are complying with the Secretary's guidance, which, it is alleged, is not legally binding on them."

According to court papers filed on Friday, Republicans said that "a total of 25 Pennsylvania county boards of elections have not indicated whether they are segregating the late-arriving ballots," adding:

"If county election boards count and do not segregate late-arriving ballots, it could become impossible for this Court to repair election results tainted by illegally and untimely cast or mailed ballots."

Will the US Supreme Court order the same procedure for other contested states, including recounts if requested by Trump's team?

High Court justices are likely to be the final arbiter of how the US presidential election turns out.

A Final Comment

There are many issues to be unpacked (and likely judicially ruled on at the highest level) before Trump v. Biden is decided.

At this time, the jury remains out.

Here's what may be turn out to be the deciding factor.

According to information published by James Fetzer on his website:

"Trump and the USPS have had a master plan all along to secure the integrity of the 2020 election. Blockchain is the key."

"In their plan, an invisible and unique QFS code was printed on each and every USPS-produced ballot."

"They know exactly all the relevant details, including dates, paths, identities (anonymized)...et al."

Blockchain "digital ledgers... make it virtually impossible to alter records of past events."

"According to the USPS patent, 'a registered voter receives a computer-readable code in the mail and confirms the identity and confirms correct ballot information in an election.' "

What's going on is a "sting operation" as follows - if reported information is correct.

"(E)very ballot with QFS blockchain encryption code (was) watermarked."

So it's "know(n) where every ballot is, where it went and who has it" - to protect against a stolen election.

The above is a developing story with more information likely coming, perhaps very soon.

If credible evidence of fraud by Dems is presented by Trump's team to the Supreme Court, it could order recounts that perhaps could shift final results for Biden to Trump.

How things turn out ahead will be determined one way or the other in the fullness of time.

Note: Time and again, US dark forces meddled in foreign elections to try manipulating their outcome - successfully and unsuccessfully.

Should anyone be surprised that the same thing goes on at home?

Electoral fraud and other dirty trick have been commonplace throughout US history - at the federal, state and local levels.

Perhaps the most brazen election theft happened in 1948.

Lyndon Johnson's race for the Texas senate "miraculously" overcame a 20,000 vote deficit to gain an 87-vote triumph.

When the dust settles on Trump v. Biden, if DJT overcomes what appears to be a manipulated process against him, US presidential election 2020 may one day be memorable for having foiled the best laid plans of dark forces against him.
