Who’s a Damn Liar? – The Biden Crime Family – Part 3

2020/06/30

Continued. Read Part I and Part II of the article

And so comes the point of the story where we engage the Great Heavy, the Main Scoundrel, the Top Rogue.

Well, maybe not quite. There remains one more Evil Henchman (er, Henchwoman) to overcome before the Battle Royale...

The Biden Suspects - The Biden Crime Sheet

Every Antihero needs a Helper and Grumpy Joe is no different. In fact, he is as formulaic a reprobate as any relic ever appeared in a third-rate melodrama - all Biden needs is a mustache to twirl.

That being said, in this Great Age of Absolute Equality we would be remiss to overlook the transgressions of his trusted sidekick Genocidal Jill.

Jill Biden (Wife) - Suspected of: Treason, Sedition, Treachery, Aiding and Abetting the Enemy

Ever eager to capitalize on the suffering of others, at the end of last year Grumpy Joe sent his dumpy wife down to a Mexican border town to hand out tamales and toys to waiting children.

What were they waiting upon? To jump the border fence and invade the United States.

Every day of this past year there were an estimated 3,000 Illegal Invaders clambering through the southern border of America. That is 30,000 every ten days...300,000 every hundred days...and around 1,000,000 a year.

They are all "looking for a better life" and it is a life that rightfully belongs to American citizens.

Mexicans and their Offspring are coming to steal it - in the form of Free Education, Free Health Care and Free Social Services.

Naturally, all the "Free" things these freeloaders are taking have a price...and it has been paid by Americans through their tax dollars, opportunity costs and delayed or denied ambitions.

Yet Jill Biden does not give a hang for Americans. She and Grumpy Joe think hardworking Americans (the dumb dupes who scratch and save for a living as opposed to sponging) are a bunch of "racist" complainers if they object to millions of thieves taking their hard-earned belongings.

Instead, these American Marks are supposed to cheerfully smile on as Genocidal Jill hands out tamales and toys...and the futures which lawfully belong to the American public.

Joe Biden (Grumpy Joe) - Suspected of: Corruption, Sexual Assault, All of the Above

Of course, almost all of the above traces back to Grumpy Joe. He is the one who has connived and cajoled and covered for the grotesque corruption committed by the Biden Crime Family.

Joe makes up stories which never happened. Joe conceals truths that occurred. Joe thinks our American citizens are not the rightful inheritors of their country because he wants to replace them all.

Joe protected the nauseating swindles of his brothers. Joe pulled strings for his repulsive son. Joe made sure crimes for which typical Americans would serve lengthy sentences were cleared for his relatives.

Joe loves poor Mexicans but hates poor Whites and poor Blacks. Joe wants to ethnically cleanse Americans the same way he supported such wars in Europe and the Middle East.

Joe Biden is covered with blood - of Serbs, of Ukrainians, of Iraqis - and it is time someone called him out on it.

Joe has been credibly accused by more than seven professional women of good-standing to have inappropriately touched them repeatedly. Joe caressed them. Joe sniffed their hair. Joe kissed many.

Joe was accused - BEFORE he announced his candidacy for the Democratic nomination - by a former employee of sexual groping in the Capitol Building. Her claims were amplified after others came forward to allege less severe but similar Biden misbehavior; but make no mistake - this was not "after the fact."

Specifically, Tara Reade made a contemporaneous outcry to her family about Biden's sexual assault. Her mother telephoned a political panel on CNN to request advice. (Disgustingly, CNN attempted to censor this fact by erasing its archive and relabeling digital videos to cover for Joe.)

Over twenty years ago Reade's former husband mentioned her traumatic experience as a victim of Biden's alleged assault as a defining moment in her life from which she still suffered the consequences. Former neighbors similarly corroborated these accounts of the degree to which it impacted the woman.

While Reade insists she filed a written complaint about Biden's behavior, Joe refuses to allow the very archives where such material is stored to be searched for this documentation. We are supposed to trust him that it does not exist.

Earlier this year several "news" outlets took it upon themselves to smear Tara Reade by interviewing any colleague they could find who had a negative impression of her. Yet let it be clear, whatever sort of person Tara Reade may be her personal foibles do not authorize Joe Biden to sexual battery.

The Sentence - A Character Review of Grumpy Joe

It would be comforting to claim Joe Biden and his disgusting Crime Family will get what they deserve but we all know that probably is not the case.

The Bidens, and scum like them, have always been with us and likely always will be with us. We do not have their money, or their influence, or their power.

What we do have is the truth.

The truth is the Biden Crime Family can scarcely be considered decent, at least not according to any civilized definition of the term - and at the very least neither Joe Biden nor his relatives should ever be granted another term of office anywhere in the land.

Justice demands no less.

The Big Reveal - One More Twist in the Tale

As every True Crime follower knows, there is always one Big Reveal at the end of the story and it is no different for Grumpy Joe.

Return to the Same Crime Time and Same Crime Channel later this week to learn what will surely be the greatest Heist in Political History.

To be Concluded.

The risk of conflict between China and the USA is rising

2020/06/30

The confrontation between China and the United States could move towards a higher level given the new Cold War climate that characterizes the relations between the two nations that hold the global trade monopoly.

by Paolo Mauri

According to a report on U.S. military activity in the Indo-Pacific region [1] prepared by the National Institute for South China Sea Studies, a Hainan study center affiliated to the Chinese Foreign Ministry and the State Oceanic Administration, the possibility of a conflict has substantially increased.

South China Sea

The institute, founded in 1996 and expanded in the last decade to support Chinese claims in the South China Sea, writes down details of the United States' security policy, their presence and deployment of military forces, and recent forces' activities. US armies in the area. The document focuses on the changes brought about by the return of the United States to the competition policy between great Cold War-style powers and assesses the positive role of China-US military relations in stabilizing bilateral relations in the new era.

The report reads that since the Trump administration took office in early 2017, it has identified, for the first time, this "clash of great powers" in documents relating to national security such as the National Security Strategy and in the US strategy for the Indo-Pacific sector, which took shape at the end of 2018. According to the Chinese, the US strategy aims, ultimately, to protect US supremacy in global and regional affairs, including not only security but also political and economic issues.

According to the National Institute for South China Sea Studies, the United States has 375 thousand men in arms in the Indo-Pacific command, of which 60% represented by personnel embarked on military ships; in addition, 55% of the US Army forces and two thirds of the entire Marines are present. We read that with 85 thousand soldiers deployed in advanced positions and a large amount of high-tech vehicles and new armaments, the United States has maintained absolute supremacy in Asia-Pacific over the years, continuing to implement new troop deployments, increasing the budgets and resources, with the excuse of contrasting the military development of China and Russia.

Increased US presence

One thing is for sure: the American presence in all that sector of the globe has drastically increased over the past few years and will be destined to further increase. Currently, for example, there are three aircraft carriers at sea, with their battle groups, that cross the waters between the Philippines and the island of Guam while air activities have shot up with the almost daily cruises of strategic bombers taking off from the American continent to make sorties towards the Japanese archipelago and beyond, up to the South China Sea.

Just in those contested waters and in those of Taiwan, the American naval activity became more intense and often led to accidents with the Chinese units that remember exactly what happened during the Cold War between the United States and the Soviet Union: in September 2018, an American destroyer, the US Decatur, has almost collided with a Chinese one near the Gaven Reef, in the Spratly islands disputed between China and the Philippines.

The same posture of the American Navy seems to have become more "active" no longer limiting itself to safeguarding the principle of freedom of navigation, but starting, precisely in that contested sea, to carry out the naval escort service for the oil research units that have been intimidated by the Chinese Coast Guard flotilla.

Incidents triggered

US military operations, the report continues, could easily trigger incidents that risk leading to further escalations. Given the nature of diplomatic ties in the region, there is no doubt, for Chinese experts, that military confrontation and even just the further deterioration of relations between China and the United States would substantially increase the possibility of a conflict.

An event that the other countries in the region certainly do not hope for, as they would be forced to choose which side to stay between China and the United States, as any military conflict between the two countries will still see them involved given the chessboard in which it would take place. The demonstration of this principle is taking place just recently: Japan, Washington's historical ally, is increasingly having to take off its aircraft to intercept not only the Russian bombers, who have been returning to patrolling cruises for some time in East Asia, but also Chinese aircrafts making sorties towards the Japanese airspace.

It is also a very recent news that the Japanese Navy has detected an unidentified submarine, then recognized as Chinese, in the southern waters of its archipelago not far from the island of Okinawa precisely where it met the battle group of the aircraft carrier Ronald Reagan.

The report ends with the hope that both countries will keep the communication channels open, that they will put in place an agreement that will strengthen mutual trust (also military) to prevent future crises and that will create the conditions for dialogue on nuclear safety, on cyberspace, on artificial intelligence technology and in all the other fields of modern warfare in order to prevent a possible conflict.

In reality, from what we know, the two countries from this point of view, besides not talking much, are practically deaf. The clear example is given by the preparatory talks in view of the possible renewal of the START deal on nuclear disarmament: in Vienna the United States hoped, indeed: they advocated, the presence of China, which has dryly refused the invitation declaring itself not interested to a three-side policy of disarmament. Reiterating the concept, already expressed, that since Russia and United States are the two countries with the largest arsenal, it is exclusively their task to reduce it.

For all intents and purposes, and beyond the pro domo rhetoric of the relationship of the National Institute for South China Sea Studies, between the United States and China there is already, and by their own admission, an imminent Cold War condition which, given the politics of both the countries for the Pacific sector and given the evident desire to be little inclined to dialogue and concessions, will only get worse.

USA wants to buy Russian S-400 air defense systems from Turkey

2020/06/30

The United States wants to buy Russian S-400 anti-aircraft missile systems from Turkey. In return, Turkey will be allowed to take part in the program for the creation of US F-35 fighters.

A corresponding amendment to the draft law on budgetary appropriations for national defense for fiscal year 2021 was proposed by Senator John Thune. In addition, another member of the US Congress, James Risch, proposed introducing sanctions against Turkey 30 days after the law came into force. However, the submitted amendment may not be approved.

Earlier, a representative of the Turkish administration said that Turkey and Russia had finalized an agreement on new shipments of air defense systems. In his speech, the official referred to a principle agreement with Moscow.

The agreement on the supply of four divisions of the Russian-made S-400 Triumf system to Turkey was concluded in September 2017. The contract was evaluated at 2.5 billion dollars, with half of it covered by the Russian loan. Russia started supplying the systems to Turkey in July 2019. Washington suspended the supplies of F-35 Lightning II fighter jets to Turkey due to the fears that Russia may obtain data related to the US fifth-generation fighter aircraft. Turkey was supposed to receive more than 100 such aircraft from the USA.

Russia’s new space rocket does not fly into space, but its price does

2020/06/29

Representatives of the Russian Federal Space Agency Roscosmos explained the high cost of the Angara-A5 space vehicle. As it turns out, the high price of Russia's new rocket is based on the fact that it is assembled in two cities - Moscow and Omsk. When mass production is launched, the price will become close to the market level.

Angara rocket is expensive as space

It was reported that one Angara-A5 rocket costs seven billion rubles. However, it was said that its cost would be cut nearly twice when its serial production is launched in Omsk - to four billion rubles. At the same time, the new rocket would still be 1.5 times more expensive than the Proton booster rocket.

As explained by the press service of the state-owned corporation Roscosmos, "flight design tests for the Angara-A5 heavy-class launch vehicle will soon be resumed."

"During the trials, the Angara-A5 is produced piecewise. During the stage of serial production, the price will near the market value," the press service of the space agency said.

For the time being, while the manufacturing process remains distributed between two Russian cities, production costs remain high as engineers work on two sites.

Ivan Moiseev, chief scientific officer at the Space Policy Institute, said that the Angara is a new rocket, but the country, even though the country has been working on it since 1992, which is nearly 30 years.

"They do it very slowly. The Angara has most likely set a world record in its assembly speed. At the same time, the rocket turns out to be very expensive for a number of reasons. It goes about organizational and management reasons - huge excessive costs and a very long development period

"All this carries huge expenses. Roscosmos officials gave a far-fetched reason to avoid insinuations. All rockets are assembled in different cities, sometimes they are made in several different countries, but it does not prevent them from being competitive," the expert told Pravda.Ru.

"The work on the assembly of the rocket is poorly organized. The Angara is a new rocket that flew only once, six years ago, without payload. It was just a test flight. It has never flown again. This is inadmissible for the new rocket," said Ivan Moiseev.

Flight tests for the new rocket have to be conducted as soon as it is built. Otherwise, this is a waste of time and money.

"This is just a question of organization. First missiles always have small production, but this is not a reason for the Angara to be so expensive. The question is about why they still have not put it to the test, and this question remains open," the scientist noted.

Europeans start traveling urging second wave of COVID-19 to come

2020/06/29

The number of cases of coronavirus infection worldwide exceeded 10 million on June 28, a report from the Johns Hopkins University said. The virus has claimed the lives of almost 500,000 people so far.

The most alarming situation preserves in the USA, which has the largest number positive cases with more than 2.5 million people. Brazil comes next with 1.3 million, Russia is ranked third with 633,000, then comes India (528,000) and the UK (312,000).

The United States still takes the lead in the number of coronavirus-related deaths - 125,000. In Russia, according to the operational headquarters, COVID-19 has claimed the lives of 9,073 people as of June 28. The largest number of deaths was recorded in Moscow - 3,738. However, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said on June 28 that Moscow had passed all the peaks of the pandemic, and that the danger of a new outbreak was over despite the lifting of almost all restrictions. The lowest number of new cases was recorded in Moscow during the pandemic - only 717 cases (throughout Russia - 6,791 new cases).

Unlike in the Russian Federation, the coronavirus pandemic in the USA does not recede - more than 40,000 people become infected there every day. Almost one in every four pandemic victims in the world is an American citizen (more than 2.5 million US citizens). The ratio in the number of deaths is almost the same: a little more than half a million in the world, and about 128,000 in the USA.

Now the epicenter of the pandemic has moved from New York to the south and west of the country. Florida and Texas on Saturday updated their records of morbidity. A surge in Florida was particularly sharp: 9,585 new cases against less than 9,000 a day earlier.

Bars are closed again in Texas and Florida. Miami Mayor Francis Suarez does not rule out a possibility of imposing full-fledged quarantine, when people would be barred from leaving their homes again.

The UK also remains on razor's edge. Jeremy Farrar, a member of the Government's Scientific Advisory Group for Emergencies, said that the UK may face a new epidemic if pubs and restaurants reopen in early July, as was promised.

Coronavirus starts air traveling inside EU

According to official stats on Sunday, the coronavirus killed 43,550 people in the UK during the epidemic.

For passengers traveling to EU countries, new rules have been introduced. The European Union remains closed for the Russians.

On July 1, the EU will reopen its borders to a small number of third countries. It is expected that citizens of only six countries of the Western Balkans are expected to receive the freedom of traveling inside the EU: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, Northern Macedonia and Serbia, because the epidemiological situation in those countries is even better than that in the EU.

In the future, the list is to be expanded, but Russia is not to be included on it in the foreseeable future.

As for internal borders of the Schengen zone, they have been open since June 15. Thus, by the beginning of school holidays, citizens of 26 Schengen countries received an opportunity to travel by air. Many tourist agencies and airlines urge people to travel by promising that they have developed and implemented epidemiological safety measures at airports and on board airplanes to protect passengers from the coronavirus.

Wearing a mask is now required for all air passengers in Europe from the moment a person enters the airport building till the moment they leave to the airport of destination. An exception is made only for children under six years of age and for individuals for whom wearing a mask is contraindicated for medical reasons. In addition, passengers are required to change the mask every 4 hours, to wash their hands and disinfect them.

Airlines invent scientific fantasies to attract passengers

Airlines have their own rules. For example, Lufthansa is going to offer passengers to get tested for coronavirus voluntarily. The service is to be introduced at the airports of Munich and Frankfurt. Test results will be known after 4 hours. This service will be in demand for those passengers who depart to countries that require a fresh SARS-CoV-2 test for entry.

Airlines , as well as Airbus concern, Europe's major aircraft maker, assure that there is a risk of infection on board, but it is minimal. According to them, air circulation in aircraft cabin takes places from top to bottom. Therefore, when a passenger exhales air, it moves towards the floor of the cabin along with microscopic moisture droplets and does not fall on other people sitting nearby.

However, virologists remain skeptical about such a "scientific" approach. Jonas Schmidt-Hanazit, the head of the Hamburg Institute of Tropical Medicine, traveling by airplane carries the risk of contracting infection even if the airplane is equipped with the most advanced air filtration system, and the longer the flight, the higher the risk, the virologist notes.

Why is this ongoing American 'revolution' bound to fail?

2020/06/29

Observed from outer space, the United States is in a revolutionary turmoil. Fires are burning, thousands of people are confronting police and other security forces. There are barricades, banners, posters, and there is rage.

Rage is well justified. Grievances run deep, through the veins of a confused and socially insecure population, in both cities and the countryside. Minorities feel and actually are oppressed. Indeed they have been disgracefully oppressed, since the birth of the country, over two centuries ago.

There are some correct words uttered and written; many appropriate sentiments are expressed.

And yet, and yet... It looks like a revolution, it feels like a revolution, but it is not a revolution. It definitely is not! Why?

An expert on Communist China, a man who spent many years living and writing books about the most populous country on Earth, Jeff Brown, recently voiced something that immediately caught my attention. He described, accurately, on his China Rising Radio Sinoland, what has been taking place in his native country, United States:

"Protests in the USA, land of Marlboro Man will come to nothing because there is no solidarity, no vision, nor guiding ideology to unite the people in the common struggle against the 1%. Just ask the Black Panthers and Mao Zedong."

This is precisely when 'guiding ideology' is desperately needed! But it is nowhere to be found.

For years and decades, the US (and European) elites and their mass media, as well as their educational plus 'entertainment' outlets, have been systematically de-politicizing the brains of their citizens. Pornography, consumerism, and sitcoms instead of deep, philosophical books and films. Massive - often booze and sex-oriented - travel, instead of roaming the world in search of knowledge, answers, while building bridges between different cultures (even between those of victims and victimizers).

Results are increasingly evident.

Citizens in the Western countries were told that the ideologies, particularly the left ones, became "something that belongs to the past," "something heavy," unattractive, and definitely not 'cool.' Western masses accepted it easily, without realizing that without the left-wing ideologies, there can be no change, no revolution, and no organized opposition to the regime, which has been plundering the world for several hundreds of years.

They were told that Democrats are representing left-wing, and Republicans, right-wing. Deep inside, many felt it is rubbish. There is only one right-wing political party in the US - Democrat-Republican one. But it was better for the great majority just to ignore its own instincts and swim with the flow.

It went so far that most of the people in North America and Europe reached the point when they were not even able to commit themselves to almost anything, anymore, from the Communist movements to marriages and relationships. I recently described this occurrence in my book "Revolutionary Optimism, Western Nihilism."

There are many explanations for this. One of them: regime created society built on extreme individualism, selfishness, and shallow perception of the world. To organize, to commit, actually requires at least some discipline, effort, and definitely great dedicated effort to learn (about the world, a person, or a movement) and to work hard for a better world. It is not easy to become a revolutionary when one is positioned on a couch, or a gym, or while banging for hours every day into a smartphone.

The results are sad. Anarchism, consisting of countless fragmented approaches, is increasingly popular, but it will definitely not change the country.

When leaders of the 'revolutionary commune' in Seattle were approached by sympathetic journalists and asked about their goals, they could not answer. These were, undoubtfully, people with good intentions, outraged by racism, and by the killing of innocent people. But do they have plans, strategy, an organization to overthrow the system which is literally choking billions of lives on all continents? Definitely not!

On June 11, 2020, RT filed a report about the situation in Seattle:

"A few different organizations have different demands, and no one speaks for everyone, but everyone's trying to get together," Simone clarified, implying that the much-discussed list of "demands" that have circulated for the past few days don't represent the wishes of the entire community. However, there are a few lines of commonality running through the settlement.

"Everyone's upset. We all came here in unity, just over the fact that cops need accountability," he said, declaring that his decision to join the demonstration was about "trying to send a message and get accountability held."

"Now we're here - let's get the dialogue going," Simone continued, unwilling to commit to taking over other precincts, expanding the Zone, or any of the ambitious demands made by others in the group."

Russian Bolsheviks had it clear, and the same could be said about their followers. Before the 1917 Great October Socialist Revolution, they spent years and decades educating people all over their vast country. Some of the greatest thinkers and writers, including novelist Maxim Gorky and poet Vladimir Mayakovski, were participating in the "project." Even simple peasants were easily grasping the reality of their dismal existence while getting inspired by some of the greatest minds of their nation. If not for the Cold War and West's brutal interference, the Soviet Union would survive and thrive until this day.

The same could be said about the great revolutionary struggles of China, Vietnam, Laos, Cuba, Venezuela, where hundreds of millions of tremendous works of philosophy, fiction and poetry have been distributed, for free, to both peasants and workers, who easily understood and got inspired by them. In China, in the 1930s, the entire so-called "Shanghai School of Cinema" was born, a true socialist-realism movement that helped to educate the Chinese public about the state in which it was forced to exist.

Big and successful revolutions were constructed and then supported by the educated urban and rural poor, who were awaken and consequently outraged by their position in the society.

Unfortunately, the rebellion in the United States is strategically shallow. There are no great leaders, no cultural figures leading it, no extraordinary educators.

Without any doubt, there are clear reasons for rage and resistance. Racism is one tremendous one.

And, there are other ones: US society, in general, is tired as it is depressed. As it is confused. The country is robbing, literally looting the entire Planet. It tortures people in various countries. Rainforests are burning in Indonesia, Brazil, and Congo to satisfy demands for more palm oil and other raw materials. US citizens are consuming as no other nation under the sun does. They entertain themselves, often living frivolous, empty lives. And yet, almost no one seems to be happy there; no one satisfied.

People know something went essentially wrong, but they are not sure precisely what it is. Or, who should really be blamed?

There is an acute lack of solidarity. And everything is happening impromptu.

Are the 'members of the majority' in the US truly kneeling because they are in unison with the oppressed minorities and the brutalized non-Western world? Or are they "trying to save their own skin," and at the end, keep the status quo intact, as has happened in Australia and their basically insincere "We Are Sorry!" 2008 movement?

There no strong "front," there is no revolutionary program.

It appears that the country is not ready, not prepared, for a huge job of re-defining itself.

Insecurity is due to the lack of free medical care, education, and subsidized housing. Most of the people are in debt. Depression is, at least partially, due to overconsumption of intellectual and emotional junk. There is plenty of fundamentalist religions, but almost no discussion about how to improve life in this world.

Segregated, atomized, and otherwise, fragmented society seems to be unable to give birth to a truly compassionate, egalitarian national project.

Many US citizens see themselves as "victims." Ethnic minorities definitely are. Are the others, too? Who is the victim, and who is the perpetrator? On which side of the scales sits a regular middle-class family, compliant and, by global comparison, heavily indulged in overconsumption? So far, there is no open discussion on this topic. In fact, it is being avoided by all means.

There seems to be at least some consensus that 1% of the richest is to blame, as well as the entire corporate and political system, and also banks. But what about the majority; those individuals who keep voting the system, those who are making sure to ignore imperialism, racism, inequality?

Many questions should be asked, particularly now, but they are not. The very uncomfortable questions they are.

But without asking them, without searching for honest answers, there is no way forward, and no true revolution possible.

The neo-liberal system created entire nations that cannot think independently and creatively. US is definitely one of them. People were bombarded with propaganda slogans that they are free, enjoying liberties. But when the day to act arrived, there has been nothing substantial in terms of new, revolutionary ideas. Just one enormous void. Nothing that could inspire the nation and the world.

The outrage over the brutal police killing propelled millions of people to the streets. The mood has been truly rebellious, revolutionary, geared for big changes.

But then, nothing!

Revolution is being postponed. Opportunities lost. Postpone by how many years?

The truth is - there are no shortcuts. Those who sincerely want to change the United States will have to follow the revolutionary formula from other countries. The formula is mainly based on education, knowledge, and determined, selfless work for the country and the world, called "internationalism."

Unless the US comes up with an absolutely new strategy, formula, but right now, frankly, it seems to be extremely far from coming up with it!

Unofficial criminal indictment against William P. Barr

2020/06/29

Unofficial criminal indictment against William P. Barr

The people of the United States, to protect and preserve its democracy, and the rights and safety of all its citizens, regardless of race, religion, gender, sexual preference, disability, age, and national origin, both citizen and non-citizen, and to remedy the abuses, corruption, hypocrisy, and mendacity of the current federal government, hereby return this Ten (10) Count Criminal Indictment against William P. Barr, who currently masquerades as Attorney General of the United States:

This indictment states that:

COUNT ONE

PERJURY

William P. Barr committed perjury by taking an oath of office to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States, only to repeatedly violate this oath by:

I.                   Acting only and exclusively in the personal interests of Donald J. Trump (hereinafter Trump), even when those interests contradict, and even harm, the interests of the United States;

II.                Violating the First Amendment rights of peaceful protesters by subjecting them to tear gas and other excessive measures for the purpose of providing Trump with a "photo-op" designed solely to enhance Trump's political stature.

COUNT TWO

FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION

William P. Barr fraudulently and with malice aforethought lied to the American people to cover up the crimes of Trump by:

I.                   Misrepresenting the findings of the Mueller report by releasing a fraudulent "summary" of said report.

COUNT THREE

OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE

William P. Barr with malice aforethought intentionally and knowingly obstructed justice by:

I.                   Hiding the true findings of the Mueller report, as alleged in Count Two above;

II.                Refusing to prosecute Trump for violating federal law after Trump paid off an adult film actress to coverup an affair-a payoff that was used to enhance Trump's election;

III.             Refusing to prosecute Trump's daughter Ivanka for using her personal e-mail account to conduct government business, despite the fact that Trump demanded the investigation and prosecution of his political opponent, Hillary Clinton, for allegedly committing the same offense;

IV.             Refusing to prosecute Trump for bribery and/or the solicitation of bribes from foreign governments designed to enhance Trump's reelection campaign;

V.                Firing federal prosecutors who, with due diligence, were investigating the criminal activities of Trump and/or his accomplices;

VI.             Interfering in the legal cases of Trump accomplices who were convicted of crimes.

COUNT FOUR

ABUSE OF FEDERAL RESOURCES

William P. Barr, with malice aforethought, intentionally and with callous disregard of the United States Constitution, and for the sole purpose of advancing the personal interests of Trump, abused federal resources by:

I.                   Using federal personnel, including members of the United States military, to attack peaceful protesters to facilitate Trump's "photo-op" and/or to appear with Trump in said "photo-op" described in Count One above;

II.                Barr did this knowing that this action had the potential to undermine the national security of the United States by giving the appearance that the United States military was more interested in serving and facilitating the reelection of Trump than protecting and defending the Constitution.

COUNT FIVE

FRAUDULENT APPROPRIATION OF GOVERNMENT MONIES

William P. Barr, with malice aforethought, and in defiance of the interests of American taxpayers, has fraudulently appropriated government monies by:

I.                   Accepting a government salary by posing as Attorney General of the United States while serving solely and exclusively as Trump's personal attorney and enabler.

COUNT SIX

FELONIOUS ASSAULT WITH INTENT TO CAUSE BODILY HARM

William P. Barr, with malice aforethought, intentionally and willfully committed the crime of felonious assault by:

I.                   Ordering the use of harmful chemical agents and projectiles to remove peaceful protesters in order to facilitate the "photo-op" described in Counts One and Four above.

COUNT SEVEN

DEPRIVATION OF CIVIL RIGHTS WHILE ACTING UNDER THE COLOR OF LAW

William P. Barr knowingly, intentionally, and/or recklessly, deprived Americans of their civil rights by:

I.                   Using his title as Attorney General of the United States to deny peaceful protesters their constitutional rights, including, but not limited to, the right to freedom of speech, assembly, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances, by ordering an attack on said peaceful protesters to facilitate the "photo-op" described in Counts One, Four, and Six above.

COUNT EIGHT

CONSPIRACY TO COMMIT MURDER

William P. Barr, with malicious intent and reckless disregard for human life, has conspired with Trump to end the lives of hundreds, if not thousands, of Americans, and people residing within the borders of America, by:

I.                   Endeavoring to eliminate the Affordable Care Act while America is in the throes of a pandemic exacerbated by Trump, Barr, and their enablers' ineptness, denials, and inactions, with said action having the potential effect of denying millions of Americans current health care coverage and/or coverage in the future;

II.                Threatening litigation against state and local governments who took and/or are taking steps to limit the size of public gatherings, including gatherings in religious institutions, in order to reduce the spread of the COVID-19 virus;

III.             Dishonestly misrepresenting the alleged "hazards" of mail-in balloting, thereby forcing voters into the untenable decision to either visit polling places in person and risk contracting COVID-19, or not voting at all;

IV.             We, the people, also include in this Count any and all United States Supreme Court Justices who, while hiding behind the walls of one of the most protected and fortified buildings in America, have ruled to restrict mail-in balloting;

V.                Said actions by both Barr and the United States Supreme Court are not made in the interests of democracy, but instead to enhance the reelection chances of Trump, even though they know people have a significant likelihood of becoming ill, and even dying, by exercising a basic and fundamental right.

COUNT NINE

TREASON

William P. Barr, and the Supreme Court Justices described in Count Eight above, have knowingly, willfully, and intentionally engaged in treason against the United States by:

I.                   Undermining American democracy, as described in Count Eight;

II.                Also, in Barr's case, his continuing and unmitigated effort to not only facilitate Trump's corruption, but also to aid and abet Trump in his relentless efforts to replace America's democracy and Constitution with a kleptocratic autocracy.

COUNT TEN

DEMAND FOR ENHANCEMENT OF PENALTIES

William P. Barr, knowingly, intentionally, and with malice aforethought, committed all of the above offenses while masquerading as Attorney General of the United States, often described as the highest law enforcement official in the land; therefore, the people of the United States demand:

I.                   That any and all criminal and civil penalties against Barr be trebled, since he has demonstrated not only callous and corrupt disregard for his office, but also for the safety, security, Constitution, and democracy of the United States.

Let it be known that any and all facts described in any of the single counts above are incorporated into all other counts.

Based upon this indictment, we, the people of the United States, demand the immediate and unconditional arrest and prosecution of William P. Barr, his removal from the office of Attorney General, his disbarment from the profession of law, and any and all other just and proper relief.

Also based on this indictment, let it be known that if any individual or group of individuals, while voting under the callous, corrupt, and hazardous mandates of the United States Supreme Court, contracts the COVID-19 virus that any and all Justices responsible for these mandates also be immediately and unconditionally arrested and prosecuted in accordance with Counts Eight and Nine above, removed from office, disbarred from the profession of law, and any and all other just and proper relief.

So submitted on June 27, 2020.

The Covid workplace revolution

2020/06/28

The Covid workplace revolution

The sooner bosses get to grips with the workplace revolution, the easier it will be to bring economies and companies back from the brink

The lead paragraph reads like an essay title for high-school students. All it needs is the word "Discuss". So let's discuss it. The impact of Covid-19 has been negligible for a handful of people and has been a memorable life event for most of us. Some of us have lost close family members to it (myself included), others have had their income slashed or even reduced to zero, others have lost their livelihoods. Jobs have been cut, salaries reduced and people still have their bills to pay, despite temporary moratoriums.

Half the school year lost

Children have lost half an academic year, rendering the more vulnerable ones to a bleak future, a generation of Covid Kids who if they were not already struggling with academic syllabi which were not written for them decades ago, will start struggling now, will fall behind and will not catch up, under the current system.

How many kids have been unable to follow distance classes because they either do not have a computer at home, or a reliable internet connection, or a camera and a microphone? How many school programs have been adjusted to take into consideration what happened to the School Year 2019/20?

Once again, the poor bear the brunt

And here we have it. Once again, it is the poorest members of society who are the worst hit. They are less likely to have a computer at home, or a reliable Internet connection, or a camera and mike that work properly. They are more likely to belong to a household which is not socialized for the current education systems, which were written for fully functional and traditional families with reading material at home which is not last week's edition of a football magazine. They are more likely to belong to families in which there is no support for the child's academic progress.

Their parents are more likely to have jobs that they cannot perform from home. A cleaning lady has to go out to clean, a mechanic needs to work in a garage. These people will be living, more probably, in cramped accommodation with a lot of people sharing a housing block. They will be reliant on public transportation, which continue, in many parts of the world, to be crowded. They will be less likely to put hygienic protection measures into practice, they will be rendered more vulnerable to catching the disease and those who are unlucky enough to live in countries where public healthcare is paid for, the system has put their heads on the block.

A social and class divide

Compare the plight of many of these people (not all, of course) with the middle-class family whose kids are fully socialized for the classroom and the education system, will have four or five laptops working properly, will know how to use ZOOM and other platforms for receiving their classes, will have their own rooms and desks to study at, will have follow-up from the parents who follow their progress closely, and who will have a garden to play in or sit outside in during the Summer. The haves and the have-nots.

While we all struggled to come to terms with this horrid virus (actually we are lucky it does not have a higher mortality rate, although for many of us what it does have is already too much), we did not see the social catastrophe looming before us and as always, there have to be laws to regulate society and this means the lawyers have to patch up the existing legislation to protect workers, the educators cannot just shrug and leave a generation behind. Notice, everyone, that we will pay the price for what is happening before our eyes in the future, in twn to twenty years.

Covid has anticipated the inevitable by a decade

What Covid has done, is to bring forward trends which were going to take place anyway in ten years' time, namely teleworking (or home working). Let us take as an analogy the "average" worker, be it in an office or a car repair shop. (S)he leaves the home at around seven o'clock to catch a bus, train or Metro (Tube/Subway) to work, spending an hour and a half either way from doorstep to soorstep. So that is three hours wasted (maybe an opportunity to read something).

The Enlightened Manager

At work, (s)he is visible and the boss knows what (s)he is doing. For an Enlightened Manager, the sudden revolution in the workplace with everyone working from home is not such a big deal. Indeed, it is an opportunity to embrace a new work culture, setting targets and adjusting job descriptions, having virtual meetings and realizing that the workers are paying the electricity and water and internet bills from their own pockets.

The Control Freak

For a control freak, it's a nightmare. This type of boss has suddenly lost control, imagines the workforce is sitting around at home doing nothing or lying around spanking their monkeys, weirding off to something on the Net, getting drunk and....(gasp!).... getting paid. This type of boss will also realize that (s)he does not have a real life and will probably be caught shouting orders at the hamster or else creating symbolic control scenarios to pander to the need to impose her/himself on others, such as marching the five-year-old daughter up and down the stairs.

For the company, the first type of boss is an angel; the second is outdated and with an expired sell-by date. However, the second will fill her/his staff with futile tasks such as writing daily or weekly reports on what they have done, forcing them either to cut back on tasks which they were supposed to do, to accommodate the extra work or else, more probably, to start working at 8 a.m. and finish after 9 p.m., probably with a houseful of kids screaming up the walls followed by the dog, the cat and the canary.

To preserve the work ethic in 2020, which is synonymous with the Covid Year, legislators need to protect workers, the control freak needs to invest in software to monitor his employees if it is really that important while the Enlightened Manager can rest on her/his laurels and reap the benefits of home working.

While the control freak is dying to find schemes to get his workers back in the workplace so that they can be frowned at, scowled at, glared at and intimidated, (s)he has lost the initiative; meanwhile the Enlightened Manager has just seen her/his bottom line grow by 3.6 million dollars because (s)he is no longer paying 25 dollars per square meter per month for 6 floors of offices of 2,000 m2.

The drama called paid accommodation

So much for the workplace revolution. On a wider scale, the drama most families face is paying their rents or mortgages on two-thirds of their salaries, or not paying anything at all, then being faced with the bill for the normal payment plus the payment due during the moratorium. It brings into question the whole issue of accommodation. Is it a basic human right to enjoy a place to live, for free? And this is the drama, not food.

Food is readily available in food banks, at churches, from private volunteers, even from begging or asking for a meal or a sandwich or picking up scrape from the floor of the local market. Been there, done that. Accommodation is the huge stone around a person's neck from the day they leave home until they have their house paid off (the lucky ones). Here, as societies, we should reflect carefully on whether accommodation should be approached differently, not as a commodity to make a profit but as a basic birthright.

The collective and global responsibility for now and the future

Until then, landlords have a decision to make. Make it easy for the tenant and hope that eventually you will get some income, or evict the tenant who is not paying as soon as you can? Since we are all in this together, since the conversation today is not about politics or countries bombing others, we all have a collective responsibility to help each other out.

This does not mean only during this crisis, it means way beyond it, adjusting to a new reality and a new way of thinking, globally. This means that governments have a global responsibility to set things which were veering dangerously close to the precipice, right.

There is no doubt that a dramatic reduction in the evil consequences of human activity has seen the environment recover dramatically and this is a lesson that nature has taught us. Another lesson is the trade in wildlife and the destruction of habitats, which are natural reservoirs for viruses. Imagine something like MERS (a cousin of Covid's), another Betacoronavirus also having bats as its vector, with a mortality rate of not 3.4% but rather 34%. Thank God Covid has not (yet) learnt how to behave like its cousin, but what if there are even worse horrors out there lurking in the forests?

Nature has also taught us that if we pull together and share knowledge, instead of glaring at each other down the barrel of a gun, we can make a difference for the better. Nice words? Maybe but let's put nice words into practice. Time for action.

How Russia Votes on Amendments to the Constitution

2020/06/28
Голосование по поправкам в Конституцию
It may seem that these photos are from the remote 1990s where people buy something from random traders. However, they have been taken just recently. This is how people vote nowadays in some places of Russia on amandments to the Constitution… One of them concers people more than others – zeroing out term limits for the President.
