Some pretty awesome historical postcards about Russian city Samara during late 19th century. Some are pure magic like this one above. You won’t find such scenery now. All of them got captures so won’t be boring viewing.

This sort of huge boats were used on Volga river in 19th century. Used for transporting wood. Some were up to 100 meter long, five meter tall, could carry 10,000 tons of cargo.

Samara city suburbs.
