At least 12 people killed, 60 injured in collision of two passenger buses in Russia

MOSCOW, August 5. /TASS/. At least 12 people were killed and another 60 were injured in a collision of two buses in Russia’s Far Eastern Khabarovsk region, a source in the regional law enforcement agencies told TASS on Wednesday.

The road accident occurred on the Khabarovsk - Komsomolsk-on-Amur highway - two passenger buses crashed into each other. "According to preliminary information, more than 10 people have been killed, the total number of casualties is being verified," the source said.

Rescuers and traffic police officers are working at the scene.
