MOSCOW, May 30. /TASS/. Moscow’s Chertanovo district court has arrested Azerbaijani national Nemat Rashidov charged with the murder of the police officer Andrei Bannov.
"The investigators’ motion is to be satisfied and Rashidov must be taken into custody for two months, until July 29," the judge said.
The court had found no grounds for selecting a milder measure of restriction while Rashidov did not voice any objections to his arrest.
