Paris can’t decide on Mistral helicopter carrier sale without Russia’s consent — deputy PM

MOSCOW, May 9. /TASS/. France can’t make decisions on the sale of Mistral helicopter carriers without Russia’s consent as the Russian Federation has the end user certificate, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin said Saturday.

"The stern sections are ours. We have the end user certificate for them. They can’t do anything without our permission," Rogozin told journalists.
