MOSCOW, May 20. /TASS/. The Kremlin still has little trust in Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko because of Kiev’s non-fulfilment of agreements, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said on Wednesday.
"The serious lack of trust is based on specific facts, specific non-fulfilled obligations and breaking of the clauses of signed documents," he said.
Peskov dismissed as false Poroshenko’s statement that Ukraine is de facto in a state of war with Russia. "Kremlin disagrees with this statement," the Russian presidential spokesman said. "First, it is necessary to keep in mind that Kiev is fighting against its own citizens - citizens of Ukraine," Peskov said. "They are being killed in shelling attacks," he said.
