MOSCOW, April 21. /TASS/. Russia’s Minister of Agriculture Nikolai Fyodorov has said good-bye to his deputies and aides and thanked them for good work, two sources in the ministry’s administration told TASS on Tuesday.
Reports about Fyodorov’s possible resignations have been circulated in the media but there have been no official confirmation.
Fyodorov’s aide Viktor Vasilyev refused to provide any comment.
Fyodorov was not present at the Russian State Duma lower parliament house earlier on Tuesday, when Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev delivered the government’s annual report.
Fyodorov’s visit to Egypt has been cancelled, the ministry’s press service told TASS. A source said that Fyodorov’s new post would be linked with Russia’s relations with the World Trade Organization (WTO).
