MOSCOW, March 30. /TASS/. Russia has no intention of curtailing its participation in the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank, Russian Foreign Ministry Ambassador-at-Large Vadim Lukov told a news conference on Monday.
"Russia does not intend to curtail its participation in the IMF and the World Bank and has no intention of antagonizing these two organizations," the diplomat said. "If the current state with the IMF reform continues, the BRICS countries will be far less enthusiastic about their donor efforts with regard to the IMF. And I hope that the IMF leadership realizes that."
