DONETSK (Rostov Region, Russia), October 31 (RIA Novosti) – The first of 100 trucks carrying Russian humanitarian aid for eastern Ukraine has begun customs procedures at the Donetsk-Izvarino border point, a RIA Novosti correspondent reported Friday.
The trucks are driving into the border area where they are being checked by Russian and Ukrainian border control and customs personnel. Observers from the Organizations for Security and Cooperation in Europe are also present.
