I noticed that rafting got more and more popular in Russia lately. People of big cities try to go to the rivers out in the country. Sometimes they do this in the ice cold water when the snow still stays on the ground. Rafts overturn – people get into water, hit by waves and strong river streams. This is an example of river rafting race in Sayani mountains in Siberia. Rafts got overturned, people got into water, snow is still on the ground – the water should be close to zero celcius cold.
