This is the only company in the Russian Far East that makes fireworks. The process does not seem too difficult but it’s dangerous anyway to work with explosive and flammable substances. So the work is strictly controlled at all stages. In order people could see colorful fireworks in the sky each shell goes through dozens of hands, the process of production lasts for nine days.

The shell is made from paper.
In the shop of guide tubes production two persons always work.
The machine dips the paper into glue, twists and cuts it into tubes.
This machine only makes up to two million of such tubes annually!
They fill each shell with powdered, dried, sieved and compacted clay. Only then the firework won’t fly apart and down, but will fly up.
One should have a respirator on to enter the next shop. Here they compact the clay into the guide tubes.
The plant has been working since 2010 and currently produces 45 types of fireworks. They plan to make 64 types of fireworks in 2013.
Then the tubes are prepacked.
Now we are in the third shop.
The shells with the clay are connected with wicks. The most dangerous part of the production is charging the shells with gunpowder. Then the products are put into boxes.
They use the Chinese experience – they are still the best fireworkers in the world.
These fireworks are made from Russian materials for 90%.
The tubes get the wicks.
The most responsible part of the whole process – charging the tubes with gunpowder.
The plant plans to take part in the competition of producers which will provide the shows of Olympic Games 2014 in Sochi with pyrotechnics.
